No Experience Needed


This isn’t yoga or a meditation technique you have to do.There’s nothing to focus on and nothing to follow.


After a brief introduction, you simply lie down, relax, listen to the music, and allow your body’s own intelligence to take over, at your own pace.


Designed for busy lives

No travel. No preparation rituals. Just log in, lie down, and receive.


All you need is a quiet room, a comfortable place to lie down, and about 90 minutes for yourself without interruptions.

Will I still feel the same effects online?

Yes. Many participants find that the experience feels just as powerful and personal online. The energy isn’t limited by distance — it flows through your presence and openness.


Do I need to turn my camera on?

For this session, your camera needs to be on and your full body visible on the screen.


Is the session in English?

Yes. The session is in English. I also speak German and Dutch and can translate if needed. We won’t be talking much during the session anyway.


How should I prepare for an online session?

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed and where you can play the music aloud or wear headphones. Have a blanket and, if you like, an eye mask nearby. You can lie on a yoga mat, couch, or bed — whatever feels most comfortable.
