You'll lie down on a mat with your eyes closed while music is played, and I guide the activation of your natural energy flow. Every experience is unique – your body and mind respond in their own way.
Some feel sensations like tingling, waves of energy, emotional release, deep relaxation, or a feeling of clarity and connection. You feel lighter, more present, or inspired after the session.
Avoid eating for 2–3 hours before the session. If it’s a morning session, arriving on an empty stomach usually feels best.
Skip alcohol and any recreational drugs 24 hours before your session. Don't drink coffee on the day of your session.
Wear comfortable clothes during the session so you can move freely, bring a bottle of water, and come with an open mind.
Mats are usually provided. If you need to bring your own, this will be clearly mentioned when booking.
Not recommended if you’re in the last months of pregnancy, have epilepsy, a severe heart condition, or psychiatric conditions like psychosis or schizophrenia.
Emotional challenges, including depression and stress, are absolutely welcome.
Not at all. Kundalini Activation is accessible to everyone, regardless of whether you meditate daily or have never tried anything spiritual before.
This isn't about mastering techniques or "performing." Just let the process unfold naturally. Your only job is to stay open and breathe. First time? Perfect! Your curiosity is all you need.
That’s completely normal. Many people arrive with curiosity mixed with nerves. The session is very soft — you simply lie down and breathe. You’re always in control and can adjust your position at any time.
You remain fully aware and in charge throughout. You can move, adjust, or nothing at all and simply rest — whatever feels right for your body in the moment.
